EZMall follows a smooth return policy for various products bought online. The product should be in original packaging with their seals, labels, bar-codes intact and should not have been tampered in any way.
You can return the unused products you have ordered within:
Electronics Category- 4 Days Return and Replacement
Cosmetics & Food Category- No Return and No Replacemnt
Apparel and other categories- 7 Days Return and Replacement

Instructions for Reverse Pickup: The reverse product request will be assigned and will be picked within 48 –72 working hours. After the product is picked along with the packaging box. If the product is found to be used or the packaging is tampered with, the reverse pickup request may be rejected. It is important to ensure that the product and packaging are in their original condition for a successful return.
Refunds are processed within 48 –72 days from the date on which EZMall receives returned goods.
In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 48 –72 working days of receiving the return at our warehouse.
In case of a Cash-on-Delivery order, a bank transfer will be made for which certain details need to be provided over email (firstname.lastname@example.org), the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid. It may take another 48 –72 business days to reflect to your account. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 24 working hours to cancel the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will be notified of the same by email.
Any single product in the combo/ kit/ set cannot be replaced or returned.
