Return & Refund Policy

At EZMall, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns are only applicable for products purchased directly through ezmall.com.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Used, damaged, or customized items (unless faulty or damaged on arrival).
  • Personal care, cosmetics, or hygiene products once unsealed.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your EZMall account and go to ‘My Orders’.
  2. Select the order and click on ‘Return’.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to schedule a pickup or drop-off.
  4. You’ll receive return instructions and tracking details by email.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your product and place a new order for the desired item.
