1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier II & III Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Locations: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 applies based on location and weight.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include additional charges.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real-time through our logistics partner’s portal.

5. Delays & Non-Serviceable Areas

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or logistic issues. In case your location is non-serviceable, our support team will contact you and initiate a full refund.

6. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure smooth delivery coverage across the country.
