RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

EZMall follows a smooth return policy for all products bought online. You can return the unused products you have ordered within 7 days of the date of receipt. The product should be in original packaging with their seals, labels, bar-codes intact and should not have been tampered in any way.

To return the unused goods, please email us at care@ezmall.com or call us on 0124- 4702000, and we will assist you with the process till completion.

Instructions for Reverse Pickup: The reverse product request will be assigned within 24 – 48 hours, and the product will be picked up in another 2 – 5 working days. After the product is picked along with the packaging box. If the product is found to be used or the packaging is tampered with, the reverse pickup request may be rejected. It is important to ensure that the product and packaging are in their original condition for a successful return.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are processed within 15 days from the date on which EZMall receives returned goods.

In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded to the account from which it was paid within 3 – 5 working days of receiving the return at our warehouse.

In case of a Cash-on-Delivery order, a bank transfer will be made for which certain details need to be provided over email (care@ezmall.com), the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid. It may take another 2 -3 business days to reflect back to your account. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1 - 2 business days to cancel the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will be notified of the same by email.

 

NOTE:

Any single product in the combo/ kit/ set cannot be replaced or returned.
